What can I store at your facilities?
  • In Macomb Township and Lenox Township, we offer storage
for boats, campers, travel trailers, RV’s, and toy haulers.  Our
indoor facilities can accommodate any size vehicle from as
small as a motorcycle to as large as an offshore racing boat!

Are the outdoor storage areas gated?
  • Yes, our outdoor facilities are gated and have only one entry
and exit point.  These areas are under 24 hour CCTV
    recorded surveillance.

Do you have pull-thru or back in spaces?
  • We have 90 degree angle back in spaces at the Macomb
Township location.  The Lenox Township location offers 45
degree angle spaces and pull-thru angled spaces.  The
spaces at both locations are easy for even the largest
    vehicles to maneuver.

What times can I access the storage facility?
  • We offer 24 hour access to both outdoor storage facilities.
Indoor storage access is available by an appointment
    convenient to you.

What kind of material does my vehicle park on?
  • Our Macomb Township facility has crushed concrete and
crushed asphalt spaces, offering solid areas for anything from
pop-up campers to 40 foot motor homes.  Our Lenox
Township facility is in the process of being finished and offers
a permeable asphalt parking surface (click here to learn
more).  We are proud to build a more environmentally friendly
facility and help reduce our "carbon footprint"!  Our indoor
facilities have concrete floors and are able to support any
    vehicle.

How wide are the outdoor storage spaces?
  • Macomb Township offers spaces that are approximately 12 ½
feet wide, while Lenox Township has spaces that are
    approximately 11 feet wide.

Will the storage drives be snowplowed?
  • Yes, all of our facilities are plowed following snow falls of 4” or
more.  Entrance areas are also salted.  If you plan to use your
vehicle during the winter months, you are only responsible to
clear out what is necessary at the front of your vehicle.  We do
offer individual snow removal service to you for a minimal
charge should you like our plowing company to remove the
snow in front of your vehicle on a specific date.

How long have you been in business?
  • Our family has been serving the storage service needs of
    Macomb County for three generations.

What type of security do you offer?
  • Our indoor heated facilities are monitored by CCTV as well as
by an alarm system.  At our Macomb Township outdoor
facility, we have CCTV monitoring the property as well as night
security guards on site to protect your investment.  At our
Lenox Township outdoor facility, we have CCTV as well as
    periodic night patrols.

Can I cover my boat or camper with a cover or tarp?
  • Absolutely!  We only ask, as a courtesy to your neighboring
storage spaces, that your cover is secure the entire time it is
on your vehicle.  We also offer shrink wrapping service at the
storage lots at very competitive rates.

Do you have heated storage areas?
  • Yes, we offer heated storage in Richmond (minutes east of
Romeo).  Our building is heated with radiant heating units.
Radiant heating units heat the stored vehicles instead of just
    air in the building.

How warm do you keep your heated vehicle storage?
  • The building is kept between 50-55 degrees Fahrenheit.  We
have plumbing in our building and must maintain this
temperature to prevent freezing.  Vehicles stored at this
temperature avoid condensation and prevent fluids from
    freezing.

Will I get an invoice to let me know my storage is up for renewal?
  • Yes, invoices are emailed 3-4 weeks prior to your renewal
date.  Hard copies can be mailed to you for a $2 fee.  Monthly
storage accounts are set up on auto-pay and charge receipts
are mailed out when your credit card has been charged.  We
also offer a budget pay program, please contact our office
when you receive your renewal notice (at least 1 month before
your storage expires) to get set up on this program.
